Planning an industrial reference plant

The plant design for a first industrial reference plant has begun. With regard to scalability and portability, currently a production capacity of approximately 50.000 tons per year is planned. The machine technology required was able to be determined according to specific preliminary tests at selected machine manufacturers and the experiences from the pilot plant.

When planning a large-scale production, numerous technical and business questions of details come up. To clarify these, material is provided for the partners by the mechanical and installation engineering sufficiently. It is a challenge to identify the right partners from different sectors.

Unlike established production processes of industries like cement, lime, sand-lime or aerated concrete, experiences of a single overall system manufacturer canít be used for Celitement production. Currently, important discussions with potential engineering partners take place. In the end, a complete project documentation including a location-neutral technical description and an economic evaluation of the first industrial model plant shall be done.
